  1. VENUE- Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands 

  2. OBSERVER BANDS- Observer bands should be pre-registered. 
    Observers in all classes must wear their wristband at all times, as we will have staff checking each ballroom. Each room has their own respective colored band. Please make sure your pre-registered observers have been entered in the correct room. All observers must use the provided chairs alongside the walls of the room. Blankets, lawn chairs, etc... are prohibited. 

  3. WAIVERS- Your waivers are now due.
    All Dancers and Teachers must have a waiver signed online electronically at https://titans.mydanceregister.com/waiver. Your packet will not be released until we have received all the waivers. We will not split up your packet, so please make sure all Dancer and Teacher waivers are complete! 
    If you receive a "no records match this request", it is likely that your DOB and/or name is misspelled. 

  4. Food/Water- Please pack plenty of water. We recommend bringing a packed lunch. Please do not eat any food in the ballrooms. 

  5. Pressley's "Cool" Choreo Takeover Class- This is available for all dancers! This will be held in the Senior room. 

  6. Mark's "T-Swift" Concert Experience Class- This is available for all dancers! This will be held in the Senior room. 

  7. Jay Jay's "Teacher & Parent" Dance Class- This class is for any and all parents and teachers who are wearing a band! This will be held in the Junior room. 

  8. Lane's Industry Seminar- This is a Q&A for parents and teachers during the fifth class. 

  9. Meet and Greet- Our Meet & Greet provides the opportunity for photos and autographs with the faculty. Titans faculty will only sign Titans merchandise and the official Titans Poster. Nothing else may be signed. Please purchase all items you wish to have signed prior to meeting the faculty.   

  10. Merchandise- The Merchandise booth will be open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for all attendees. 

  11. PACKETS- Registration will open at 8:00 AM. Please send ONE representative to pick up your packet. 
    Please inform dancers and parents that they will receive their band and number from the studio representative. They do not need to check in. A form within the packet will provide all the names of your registered dancers and their respective number. Numbers are assigned to a specific dancer and should only be worn by that dancer. Please find that information in your packet. Your Teacher and Observer bands will also be in your packet. 

  12. Scholarship Numbers- Please refer to the sheet in your registration packet! Dancers must wear the scholarship number assigned to them.
