SAFETY GUIDELINES
SAFETY. PRECAUTIONS. OPTIONS.
Dance Families,
As we all attempt to get back to a level of normalcy, I am sure you are wondering how the dance season will move forward. Rest assured that we have been working and preparing to produce our One-Day Convention while keeping everyone’s health & safety in mind. For each event, we are prepared to work with the venue to take all measures necessary to create a safe environment based on the conditions of the region. The following provides a guideline of how we will be approaching each event. Notwithstanding, each event will be subject to change as we will adhere to protocol and safety measures in place for each specific region.
The following policies will be in effect for our 2022-2023 events:
-
In the event we need to cancel due to the COVID pandemic, you will be refunded your full payment amount.
-
If a Virtual Alternative is offered on that scheduled weekend and a dancer chooses not to attend, 100% refund will be provided. Dancers who choose to attend the Virtual Alternative will be refunded the difference in cost.
-
In the event of sickness or injury to a dancer of which they need to cancel their attendance, credit will be issued which will be good through the 2023 season.
-
Use of masks will be determined by local guidelines and restrictions. Each event will be updated accordingly.
-
Capacity will be determined by local guidelines and restrictions. Each event will be updated accordingly.
VIRTUAL CONVENTIONS, WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES
The past two years have certainly guided us on how to successfully run our events and classes virtually. In the event that a city cancels, we will be prepared to offer a Virtual Convention with Scholarship Opportunities at a Discounted Rate. We will be offering virtual conventions, workshops and classes throughout the year. Please be on the lookout for all of our events at our VIP ACCESS link. This link will keep you up to date on all of our classes, intensive, and workshops as well as give you the opportunity to sign up for one on one options with our faculty no matter where you are!
We look forward to seeing you and your dancers this season! We will continue to monitor government policies and public health organizations on their updates and changes as we recognize this is a fluid situation. Along with our aforementioned plan and everyone taking their own personal responsibility, we will put forth our collective best effort to create a safe and healthy environment for all who join us.
